About the free check
What is the free check?
The free check asks ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini, Google's AI assistant, ten questions a buyer in your category would ask, without your name in them. It shows how often they name you or cite your site, and who they name instead, from live AI answer data in about two minutes. Your work email opens the full report with every answer. If the self-serve check is not available, leave your work email on the free check page and we'll send your report when the checker is back.
What is a nod rate?
Your nod rate is the share of the buyer questions we track where an AI assistant recommends or cites your company. We call that recommendation the nod. We measure it on the same set of questions every month in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI answers, and compare it with your starting point.
What is the Nod Audit?
The Nod Audit is a one-off review of where AI answers name you, who they name instead and what to fix first. Its fee is credited toward a retainer if you continue with a plan. You order it through the form, and everything happens by email.
Will there be calls?
